We offer an extended 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
• You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund, even if the item has been used, provided the issue is due to a fault (not misuse or normal wear and tear)
• Faults reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for a full refund
Return Shipping
• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
